Experthelp accessing mobile

Please see screen shot below when accessing experthelp site using 5 inch mobile phone with android os. The first sceeenshot is when post the opening script. I can scroll the screen to the right to click the ok button to post the opening script. i tried horizantal screen to no avail.

The second screen shot is when I paste text to that chat box. before theres paste option when i long press the chat box on the screen on my phone but now its gone. thats the only option that appears.

ooppss… i interchange the picture. the first picture is the issue for the 2nd paragraph. The 2nd picture is the issue for the first paragraph.

I have to same problem when posting scripts from phone. The script appears to big and post button does not appear

Issue that customer is encountering is that when they use their phone to create/post the Q. If they close the page then go to their email and click the link to get back to the page, it seems like they are logged out. The page is telling them “get an answer” instead of going back to the chat page. Told them to login back by clicking the login button at the upper right hand corner but they can find that button.
