I really like the app for our community on our phone. I have noticed on my phone that we are able to chat with our customers on the phone as well, but when you try to post scripts such as opening and acceptance script, the page appears to big and cant submit response just for the script. All replies work great when chatting with customer after script has been posted. I was wondering if we could have a app developed to be able to answer questions from our iphones at times when the cx is not in need of remote support.
