I’m Matthew Pomar and I’m the Founder and CEO of ExpertHelp.com. ExpertHelp connects customers looking for services to service professionals looking for customers.
I founded in ExpertHelp in 2011 to help people get fast and helpful answers to their questions when they couldn’t get answers elsewhere. We found some people are willing to pay a nominal fee to connect to a verified Expert to get their question answered or problem solved quickly. We also found that some customers are looking for more than just an answer and need additional services. So in 2016 we launched ExpertHelp Pro Services.
The ExpertHelp Pro Service is unique in that we charge just a tiny fee (usually just $1) to send a quote and a modest connect fee (around $25 for some categories) when a customer decides to contact a Pro. Many Pros prefer this model over other services that charge large fees just to send a quote.
Having started several small businesses myself, I know how difficult and expensive it can be find new customers. That’s why I am committed to making ExpertHelp an affordable and reliable source of quality leads and new customers for your business!
